Plans for another brewery in the downtown north end have Kelowna city council’s support.

Council this week endorsed a liquor licence application filed by the owners of Jackknife Brewery, proposed for 727 Baillie Ave.

The final decision on the application rests with provincial officials. If approval is granted, Jackknife’s owners say they’ll open the business, with a capacity for 70 people inside and 21 on a patio, this fall.
