Join Essentrics with Alison for a Friday afternoon Essentrics® Class! Essentrics® is a low-impact functional fitness technique that involves dynamically strengthening and stretching the entire body. The technique is featured on the PBS show Classical Stretch hosted by Miranda Esmonde-White and pledge documentaries Aging Backwards, Forever Painless, and Connective Tissue Revealed. The one-hour workout involves standing and floor exercises and is great for people looking to gradually build strength, release stiff joints, and improve range of motion.
