An Abbotsford woman was hauling a garden of pot plants in her vehicle when RCMP pulled her over Sunday night.
Police were stopping traffic at a road check on Highway 33 at the Hall Creek rest area. As an officer assessed the driver's sobriety, he caught a pungent whiff of marijuana from inside the Ford Explorer.
A search revealed the 24-year-old was transporting more than 300 young plants and a small amount of bud. Police arrested her for possession for the purposes of trafficking and released her to appear in court in January.
