On Thursday, customers were greeted by a Future Shop store in West Kelowna that had been abruptly closed by parent company Best Buy Canada as part of a downsizing involving 15 stores across Canada. The West Kelowna location is the only store in B.C. to close, throwing about 40 people out of work.
