In regards to the multi-billion-dollar Port Mann bridge not handling its first snowstorm... how is it that people 5,000 years ago with none of our "superior technology" could build things like pyramids that still do what they were designed to do, yet our geniuses can't build a bridge to get through its first winter.
Like our bridge. Not three years after it was built, it had to be repaved.
Maybe they should forget about the money and just do the job properly.
