What sort of company would fire a single mother with two small boys five days before Christmas even though she was obeying instructions given to her by a manager and thus had a conflict with another employee?
She now has no hope of giving her boys a merry Christmas and, indeed, it is doubtful that she can pay next month's rent. So another homeless family will roam the streets in Kelowna.
I wish the staff at this hairdressing salon a merry Christmas and hope their uncharitable actions don't prey too heavily on their minds.
Also, to the customers, I wish you all a merry Christmas and hope that your favorite stylist will be back there for you in the future.
