Please, tell me whose bright idea it is not to play Christmas music in the stores during the Christmas season.
Christmas shopping now is boring, to say the least, without the sound of the traditional seasonal songs playing, and the sleighbells ringing, etc.
Santa is sitting quiet and sombre, not at all looking his old jolly self.
After an hour or two of boredom in the mall, I go home empty handed, my money still in my pocket. Although it keeps my bank account in better shape, it can't be good for our merchants.
Although I am an "import," not of the Christian faith, I miss the familiar, friendly and uplifting jingle of the seasonal music. I am wondering if other people feel the same way.
Merry Christmas! Ho Ho Ho? So sad.
