Do you have a nagging feeling we are headed into a self-created global disaster even though, on the surface, everything appears normal?
I see the basic problem being domination by those who rule over us, those who make the crucial decisions and laws affecting our lives, disenfranchising the masses of people.
This is taking place despite the fact we are told over and over we live in a democracy, having the right to periodically cast our votes for one idiot, would-be tyrant or another.
We are far from correcting this inadequacy. Most people live in denial and fantasy. A change will not happen in time to avert a global catastrophe that is well along the way.
Have you noticed virtually all leaders of "democratic" Western countries are caught up in a destructive, war-making frenzy, attacking sovereign countries that are no danger to us, but essentially only trying to build national security and raise the living standards of their people?
And yet our excuse for conducting genocide and destruction is that such countries are a threat to our national security, even though they have no weapons capable of being delivered to inflict harm on us and have no wish to harm us.
They realize serious aggression against us would result in their countries being destroyed by mega weapons.
The threats to our global survival are too numerous to mention.
We have problems ranging from a growing array of food products that are not health sustaining and that are contaminated with various poisons, a health system that does not cure diseases but that dispenses killer drugs and vaccines, a society that does not provide an adequate living wage to many of its citizens and leaves them suffering and even homeless, a system that blocks free energy technology from the people and that inflicts the environment with dangerous technologies like nuclear power.
The icing on the cake is that we have no educational means, including big media and even schools and colleges, to educate and create awareness so we are able to deal with the problems.
We have allowed the creation of a society of ignorant wage slaves who seem only interested in self-indulgence through high-tech toys, TV and mass media sports addictions that provide a mind-numbing distraction.
The dismal reality is that we elect politicians who have little awareness or desire to face our serious problems. Many merely seeking office as a career with generous pension and perks.
Even worse, we have a global ruling elite that plans and connives in secret to further empower and serve itself and which installs high-level puppet politicians who are sworn to follow its agenda.
Observe in the U.S. the disgusting spectacle of would-be presidential puppets as they vie, with help and collaboration from the dominant media, to be our next tyrants in a newly formed, fascist police state.
And observe how our Canadian federal leader tails behind and copies the repressive policies of the U.S.
Be very afraid of what is slowly overtaking us. Begin to resist, as if your life depends on it.
