My 86-year-old father spent most of November in and out of Penticton Regional Hospital and was recently discharged to his new place of residence at The Hamlets.
I would like to extend my extreme gratitude to all staff involved for the first-rate care my father received while in hospital.
With the exception of a couple of minor administrative snafus, the transition went rather smoothly.
