The Alzheimer Society of B.C. is hosting two upcoming Kelowna workshops for caregivers.

Building Resilience for Caregivers runs from 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 19. Participants will explore how certain demands can contribute to stress and burnout, as well as learn coping strategies.

Dementia Dialogues: Understanding Behaviour, takes place from 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 27.
