Free is one of the magic words for the Spring Okanagan Wine Festival running tomorrow to May 12. Sure, there's always lots of wine and food pairing dinners, lunches and brunches, and themed tasting events and activities that range in price from expensive to affordable, but free is so delightful when you stumble upon it.
