'Joyous health' explained

Author, blogger, TV personality and nutritionist Joy McCarthy is coming to Vernon, Kelowna, West Kelowna and Penticton in March.
Holistic nutritionist Joy McCarthy, creator of the popular blog Joyous Health, is coming to the Okanagan to share her simple and unique approach to healthy eating.
She will prepare recipes, offer tips for cooking, give mini-lectures on the top 10 tips to health and be signing her most recent book, Joyous Health: Eat and Live Well Without Dieting.
There will also be prizes, samples and an opportunity to ask questions.
McCarthy will be at Nature's Fare in West Kelowna on March 4, Nature's Fare in Vernon on March 5, Nature's Fare in Kelowna on March 7 and attending the Healthy Living Show in Penticton as key note speaker on March 8.
She will speak at 9:15 in Penticton and sign books until 3 p.m.
All the Nature's Fare events in the other cities take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Joyous Health is a book that celebrates eating clean, delicious, whole foods that will help you enjoy a new fresh approach to living a healthy and vibrant lifestyle - all without going on a diet.
"If you eat well and live well, you will be rewarded with wonderful health and be well," said McCarthy.

McCarthy is a Canadian certified holistic nutritionist, founder of the wellness clinic Joyous Health, where she consults a global community of clients and teaches workshops.
She is also an international speaker, and a featured nutrition expert on Global TV's The Morning Show and CBC's Steven & Chris, which also airs on ABC's Live Well Network.
She regularly contributes her health expertise to many North American publications, television and radio shows, and often gets to indulge in her love of food by writing restaurant reviews.
 The co-founder of Eat Well Feel Well, Toronto's first integrated nutrition and yoga program, McCarthy lives a life rooted in balance and healthy living, all common themes of the six-week course.
