Golf course hazard

Print PDF
The driver of a Chrysler walks back from her car after she crashed it through the fence and into the Kelowna Golf Club beside Glenmore Drive on Thursday afternoon. RCMP Const. Tim Monteith says police received reports of an erratic driver, who almost slammed into street lights and veered across traffic into the fence at the golf course. The lone occupant, a woman in her 30s, did not have any injuries. Police said there were no signs of alcohol impairment or medical issues. She may have been sleep deprived, said police. She faces charges under the Motor Vehicle Act.
