The largest academic building on UBC's Okanagan campus will be officially opened and dedicated today at 10:30 a.m.
At 186,000 square feet, and completed with a budget of $68 million, the Engineering, Management and Education building is home to the school of engineering, faculty of education, faculty of management and the college of graduate studies.
It was built with the latest environmentally friendly and energy-efficient technology, including a geo-thermal energy system and green roof technology.
