Penticton man faces drug charges

Print PDF
A 36-year-old man from Penticton with no criminal background faces drug-related charges following a search of his home in the 600 block of Wade Avenue.
Cpl. Brad Myhre of the Penticton RCMP said the man's vehicle was stopped, and then drug task force members soon obtained a warrant to search his property.
Police say officers searching the home found cocaine packaged for street-level sales and associated drug-trafficking paraphernalia.
The man was released from custody but will appear in court March 26 to answer a charge of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
