The Interior Savings Western Canada Basketball Tournament trophy will return to British Columbia.
Won last year by Alberta's Harry Ainlay Titans of Edmonton, the 2013 champion-ship will go to either the Walnut Grove Gators of Langley or Vancouver's Kitsilano Blue Demons.
The two B.C.teams earned a berth in tonight's final at 7:45 p.m. by winning their semifinal games on Friday at Kelowna Secondary School.
The No. 3-ranked Gators defeated the John Taylor Collegiate Pipers of Winnipeg 88-64, while the Blue Demons downed B.C.'s No. 8 W.J. Mouat Hawks of Abbotsford 71-57.
Walnut Grove and John Taylor were tied 39-39 at the half, but the Gators, led by Paul Getz's 18 points and 16 by Jadon Cohee, scored 49 points in the second to pull away.
Meanwhile, Justin Sze was the floor general and top point-getter for Kitsilano, scoring 19 points that included four three-pointers. Noah Derapyuswack, a 6-foot-8 post, finished with 17 points and eight rebounds.
Top scorer for the Hawks was Corey Hauck, who went well above his 14-points-per-game average by scoring 21.
Mouat will play John Taylor for third place, beginning at 6 p.m. tonight.
