Public event is planned for 11 a.m. at the Swan Lake RV Resort, 8000 Highland Rd., to celebrate the awarding of a $24.3 million grant, which will allow a wastewater plant and sewer project in the North Okanagan to go ahead. Be there by 10:45. Parking is limited, so carpooling is suggested.
