Lake Okanagan Resort

Some rooms and apartments have been spruced up and more improvements are on the way as Vancouver-based Cozystay takes over the management of Lake Okanagan Resort.

Cozystay is an online vacation rental platform and vacation rental management firm.

While Lake Okanagan Resort has more than 200 units, Cozystay’s deal only applies to the 43 units owned by the resort.

The other units are timeshares that are rented out various ways when the owners aren’t using the units themselves.

The Cozystay arrangement also means you can call up Lake Okanagan Resort or find it online and book like you would a hotel.

Lake Okanagan Resort has had various owners and timeshare squabbles over maintenance and upgrades.

Be that as it may, the resort has an incredible setting on 300 acres of hillside and 5,000 feet of lakeshore featuring beaches and marina.

It bills itself as a secluded resort that’s only a 20-minute drive from downtown Kelowna and easily accessible by boat.

It has a nine-hole golf course, spa, restaurants, liquor-licensed beach, tennis and basketball courts, outdoor pool, meeting and banquet facilities.

“We have a strong vision for what this property can become and we are looking forward to leading this exciting new chapter for the resort,” said Cozystay CEO Galen Cheng.

Cozystay developed the Vacation Rental Service Standard to ensure all guests have a positive experience.

“We are excited to have signed with Cozystay to manage the vacation rentals at Lake Okanagan Resort because they take their customer experience to the next level,” said resort chief operating officer Amir Hassan.

“They are one of the top vacation rental companies with some of the best service standards in the industry.”
