The Cancer: Thriving and Surviving Self-Management Program is a six-week virtual workshop that helps people who are cancer survivors to better manage their health and daily lives. The program is given in a workshop format over two and a half hours for six weeks over Zoom. An individual can participate from the comfort of their own home and from anywhere in the Province of B.C.

This program is designed for people who are living with and/or have been affected by cancer. The workshop gives participants the skills to coordinate all the things needed to manage their health, as well as to help them keep active in their lives and relationships. 

NO COST to the participant.

This workshop is a licensed program developed and researched at Stanford University. It follows a standardized format that is proven to help people learn to better manage symptoms.
